I appreciated the ease of making the appointment, the comfort of the waiting room, the professionalism and friendliness, and my car seems to be running beautifully. The loaner car and car wash were also nice touches. The best part was It didn't cost anything because it was my complimentary 10,000 mile service. 😁

While on a visit to SB I experienced a sound when applying brakes. Jimi did an excellent job listening to me, looking up cars history, following up with progress of repair. SB Lexus sent video showing inspection ! Thank you Lexus of Santa Barbara for professionally fixing the problem, you made my 9 hour drive home safe!
